Help With A Federal Agency

Senator Hyde-Smith is honored to assist Mississippians in their dealings with federal agencies.  She has professional staff in three state offices who are trained to assist Mississippians with problems involving federal agencies or federally-funded programs.

Federal agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, or Internal Revenue Service, are within the executive branch of the government .

If you require assistance, please call or write the Hyde-Smith state office that serves your area and submit a copy of the privacy release form below.  (Privacy release service forms for Military Veterans and Dependents cases, as well as cases involving the Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, and Office of Personnel Management, are also provided below.)

Note:  Issues involving Mississippi state agencies, in addition to judicial or court matters, are outside the jurisdiction of a United States Senator.
