WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) on Thursday helped introduce legislation to authorize a one-year extension to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which is set to expire on Sept. 30, 2022.
