Miss. Senator Attends Reenlistment Ceremony

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) today visited with members of the Mississippi Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 204th Air Defense Artillery, following a classified briefing on their assignment to the National Capital Region Integrated Air Defense System. In addition, the visit included Maj. Gen. Janson D. Boyles, Adjutant General of Mississippi, presiding over a reenlistment ceremony for members of the Mississippi contingent. For the record, the Senator and National Guard practiced COVID-19 health protocols with the exception of 10 seconds for the image above.
