HYDE-SMITH ACCEPTS NFIB GUARDIAN OF SMALL BUSINESS HONOR
Designation Based on Votes, Policies Beneficial to Small Businesses
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) today accepted the designation of “Guardian of Small Business” from the National Federation of Small Business (NFIB).
“Small businesses represent not only a core of Mississippi’s economy, but also opportunities for entrepreneurs and the people they hire. They have my admiration and solid support,” Hyde-Smith said. “I appreciate this designation and will continue to do my best to support the small business sector, particularly as we work to overcome this terrible coronavirus pandemic.”
The NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award is based on key votes during the 116th Congress that support small businesses, including votes related to COVID-19 relief. Learn more here: https://www.nfib.com/guardian-of-small-business-awards/
